UAE Delivery
Orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 10–15 business days from dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information via email.
International Delivery
International shipping is not currently available, we are only accepting orders to the UAE for now.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your &another piece. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us at hello@andanother.ae within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items eligible for return or exchange must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Free from stains, fragrance or damage
- Returned with all original tags and packaging
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges and any customs or import charges are non-refundable.
All returns remain subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.
